AMAR AIt's by far one of the worst experience I have ever had, not only with renting a vehicle, but with any service I have ever requested in my life. The epmloyees there are extremly unprofecional, 24 hours after I return the vehicle, I got an email from UHaul that it was not returned, so I had to call 5 times to be able to get my receipt to confirm that I did return it, they keep promising that the will email me the receipt but nothing was done, they hung up on my 3 times out of 5.
Nawaf SNot always available i have to call him to get to the rental place. was not there when i return and the contrat was closed 2 weeks after the rental. The kilometer was different than the one i had on the return date
Richard BI ordered a 15 foot, was stuck with a 10 foot. Then I was forced to do 2 back and forth trip with all the things we moved because the truck wasn't big enough AND because of that we exceded the amount of km by far so I was THEN charged an extra 100$ for something they fucked me with at first
