My furniture pads were not on the truck so I had use a lot of shrink wrap and cardboard the windshield had a nice crack in the center and then I’m charged an extra day truck rental and insurance for running over the time limit I can understand if the truck had been rented out to another customer and they were delayed but there were the same truck’s still on the lot that were there from that morning true I did go over 3 hours I have been renting from U-Haul for many years I definitely won’t be doing any more business with ether one of this owners location the last time I had a reservation with Sunbrite they didn’t have my truck it threw my job off by hour and a half I had to go to another dealer

When I arrived no one was there. On the door was a note to call a number. I did but it went to a voicemail. Also on the door note it said to go to another location for help. I went there and no one was there. So I went back to the original location. I finally figured out that I had to download an app. It would have been nice if when I made the reservation someone would have explained that to me.
Robert CThere is no physical location. Just what looks like a run-down area. It felt extremely unsafe. The person running the “location” was incredibly unprofessional. There was no one there to assist with getting the keys and no clear instructions were ever given. I ended up having to call to ask for help which lead to going through the rental all over again as though I never reserved anything. Then the “owner” stated we would have to wait additional time for him to come to the location. I reserved a rental truck almost 2 weeks in advance and the “owner” stated that he didn’t have a dolly I reserved and was paying for. The entire process of getting the truck took over 30 minutes which cut into my time for renting the truck. The “owner” stated we could return the truck the next morning with no added charge but refused to give me some sort of confirmation which again prolonged the process. After I refused to leave without that confirmation he finally emailed it to me. He stated he already did but I only received the one email. The whole entire process was extremely frustrating. I HIGHLY would NOT recommend using this location ever again to anyone.

Keecha SI was charged $15 cleaning fee. It would be nice to know what was not cleaned out. Everything was removed and the dolly was placed back in the truck.
