Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve had. My reservation was changed at the last minute without my knowledge, and I had to pick up from a location much farther away. I was told I would not be charged for the additional mileage, but I was charged on my final bill. The truck was also leaking oil. I took pictures and video, reported it, and was told to drive it back to the location. I did so and returned the truck as instructed. I’m requesting that U-Haul review this situation and refund the extra mileage charges, as well as address the issue with the unsafe vehicle and poor communication.

Paula MLimited Staff. While the staff that was present tried to be helpful, they were ill equipped to handle anything outside the box of a normal pick-up and drop off.
Thomas GWe paid for 2 dollies ($14) that were not included when we picked up the truck.
