DORWARD MThe location wasn’t too far. Well serviced station with great customer support and interaction. Friendly help. Only negative, just the trailer itself. Probably on its last leg. Missing support inside, peelings on the outside.
Christopher WHad to wait for an hour for someone to come give me the keys after calling U-HAUL twice trying to find out how to get the equipment I rented. Owner finally showed up and I got the truck. Was only supposed to drive about 60 miles total. I was picking up furniture from a rental company and had to be there by a certain time but because I was late getting the truck, the rental company sent my items to a different store for storage thinking I wasn’t coming. I had to double the amount of miles I had to drive to move everything I was supposed to move and of course had to pay $1 a mile. A $100 rental turned into almost $200 just in rental and mileage plus the amount of fuel I had to put back into the truck. That’s money I definitely could have used elsewhere but these people don’t care.
