1st of all I scheduled at another location. They asked me if I minded switching to another location close by. No problem except they were not open on Sundays for pick up. A woman from the branch I originally wanted to rent from had to run to that location in another truck, clean the truck I was getting the morning of pick up while I waited because no one was there. No fault of hers, she was actaully quite pissed she had to do it. Menawhile I waited. Then there was mass confusion with U haul corporate, they called like 4 times during the 1,5 hours I had the truck to get a copy of my license??? Maybe do this ahead of time. By the time I was done with the truck is when I picked up my phone to notice they called. Rediculous how this was handled. Next time I'm staying with my regular pick up location if I need a truck or trailer. This wasn't really Uncle Dales fault, it was all U Haul.Then at the end they want me to do their job and send pictures of the mileage and gas level in the truck to complete my return??? Self service would have been better.
