trying to rent the truck on line was very frustrating. I thought I had it secured on line, printed a copy, when I arrived at the location to pick up the truck, there was no truck set up for me. Had to wait 30 minutes for a call from home office.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid not get the appliance dolly I requested. No one there other than the gas station casher there to help. The check in and out was very tedious. Never had to do this when dealing with a U Hual office / storage. Rather pickup from that type of location than a gas station. Have used U Haul for a very long time. I may look elsewhere next time.
George GPick up and drop off was very simple and quick. Everything worked as expected.
