Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen we returned the truck we were immediately greeted by the agent. They were friendly, helpful and quick. I would recommend this location to anyone. It was easy to find and easy to park.
Margaret PYour app sign-in is absolute garbage and I probably will consider other truck rentals in the future.
Rachel CI think they got here trucks from the Pittsfield U-Haul operation, not sure. The truck could use a once over (They are not set up to do that, Pittsfield is). The 2 ladies at the counter could not have been more pleasant or helpful they are awesome. Give them more equipment to rent, its right by the entrance to Mass Pike (which goes from Boston Mass, to Seattle Washington). I'm sure they will do well.
Michael MJosh and staff were friendly and helpful. He went over in detail the truck. I even spoke with Josh about the return to make sure everything was completed properly.
