Nils WThe GUN Shop is an absolute Joke. How are they a dealer? Dispatch/ scheduling said I could drop off at Gun Shop since it was closest to me. It was raining when I called the Gun Shop to coordinate. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. Gordon answered the phone. He said he didn't know if they would disconnect my trailer in the rain. So I talked to Andrew who according to Gordon "Andrew is the guy who takes care of U-haul". Andrew told me to bring the trailer in. Before I went to Gun Shop I contacted Katie in dispatch/scheduling and asked her if I should be responsible for unhooking the trailer or if the dealer should? She said obviously the dealer should unhook the trailer. Upon arrival I called the Gun Shop number and asked for Andrew. He did walk out of the gun store only to point out the area where HE WANTED ME TO DRIVE THE TRAILER AND UNHOOK IT. Andrew declined to go into the field and unhook the trailer. He told me I could do it. So here is the deal. The 66 Year old CUSTOMER has to get out of his truck in the mud with his tennis shoes to unhook the trailer. Andrew needs to buy a Raincoat and a Gator to transport himself to the drop off area and do what the DEALER is expected to do. Otherwise Andrew needs to unhook the trailer on the pavement where he was talking to me and then use a truck to move the equipment to the field where all of the trailers are stored waiting to be rented out.
NORBERT TLocation was great. The U-haul App to drop off absolutely sucks and was unusable.
