Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisrecently completed a move from Florida up to North Carolina, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience using U-Haul. Moving states is always a major undertaking, but renting both a truck and a tow trailer from U-Haul made the entire process surprisingly smooth and stress-free. The equipment was clean, comfortable, and performed flawlessly across every mile of the drive. Towing the trailer felt stable and secure the whole way, and the truck handled the long interstate drive with ease. Pickup and drop-off were efficient, and the customer service team made sure we had everything we needed before we hit the road. If you're planning a long-distance relocation, I highly recommend U-Haul for reliable equipment and solid service. Five stars!
Paul HThe guy Terry was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. The truck was extremely dirty to the point where I had to clean it out before starting putting my clean stuff in the truck it looks as if someone was sleeping in the back of the truck and it had cigarette buds and dog hair everywhere.
