The agreement was changed on moving day and I had no other recourse but to sign it. Our mileage was reduced which cost more money than originally agreed to. The equipment paid for was not available. When asked for adjustments the agent was rude and condescending. We will be needing a moving truck again in the near future, you can be assured we will NEVER use U-Haul again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDropped off the truck while business was closed so there was no interaction with anyone. Was not sure where to leave the truck so I parked in front of building, right where the key return box is located.
MICHELLE BI have a unit at the compass self storage on 301 and was promised they were a drop off location. When I tired to select them it was not possible. I called the help line and they told me the location is not accepting trucks which I think is terrible espically when I had to drive 25 minutes plus to the same company at its sister location while paying for storage there. The person I spoke to was little to no help and I can’t believe that a manger is not working in some capacity to help with these type of situations. U-Haul you need leadership or a supervisor ready to adjust these situations at all time. People move on Sundays because we worn the rest of the week.
Garth LVehicle ran rough. Engine light was on. Vacuum leak or possible cracked intake manifold. Vehicle was clean and the rental staff was very helpful.
ANTHONY EFriendly and helpful, we were worn out and had a lot on our minds but they really tried to help with everything we needed. I'd recommend to anyone for the storage as well.
