I HAD TO CANCEL MY TRIP DUE TO HAVE COVID AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY INTEAD THEY SEND ME 1500$ VOUCHER. THEY WASNT HELPFULL

Tiffany DThere is nothing to improve. This U-Haul location is absolutely the best there is. From customer service to troubleshooting and minor collision resolution the wonderful sales rep here will help you with a smile on her face and the grace of an angel. Not only did she provide me with the truck a day earlier than my previously scheduled appointment but she also provided me with information on where to find moving boxes for free locally saving me money. I might add that the actual U-Haul location less than a mile away was rude and refused to let me have the free gently used boxes advertised because they were for storage customers only. When approached at Castle Storage with the same question, not only did she check her cameras to see if any were stacked on the property but she gave me actual suggestions of where to go find some locally. This location is friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond and when I had a minor collision on the property less than a minute into my rental, she tackled the problem immediately with a smile on her face and a chuckle making what could have been a stressful situation much easier and manageable when she really didn’t have to. I appreciate this locations work ethic and go above and beyond attitude and highly recommend using them not only for your storage needs but also your U-Haul needs. You cannot go wrong with this location!

Jonathan DUnlike my previous experience with haul which was beyond horrible. This location was OUTSTANDING! From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out. They made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. Uhaul should have the staff at this location train all their employees.
