The drop off location at 1121 Homestead Rd. in Lehigh Acres Florida, is an old strip mall/parking lot. The parking lot had many homeless people wandering around. At the actual U-Haul store there was no signage to indicate where to drop off the vehicle or the keys. One of the homeless people led me down an alley to where the U-Haul trucks were parked and the drop off box for the keys. I'm an off duty cop, so I don't mind the Adventure. My wife would not have done this on her own nor do I think women or senior citizens would've done this on their own. The lack of signage and anyone representing U-Haul to point us in the right direction is a failure on your part. You are endangering your clientele.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOnce the truck was loaded the door would not shut. We called the 800 number and the service man did an excellent job. But, when I notified the U-Haul store the next morning they didn’t seem to care. When I returned the truck they just blow you off
Cynthia GLoved the people that own the place. Very personable and helpful, but on another note the uhaul smell like urine very badly.
