Specifically, the checkout process I am a "regular" in regard to renting trailers from UHaul as I'm hopeful you'll be able to correlate. The process when already having a reservation is to get "hooked up" to validate lights, hitch, and so on, and then go into store to "checkout" I however am often - delayed by several folks that do not have online reservations and thusly wait 20 - 40 minutes to get through when I pre-planned scheduled and already hooked up. I stand there while the associate runs the card that "i already have on file" If you can incorporate that last aspect in where if the agent hooking up, has card on file, he can release me from there. The card could be billed as I have to do the check-out or walk around in the app as well. Seemingly the last step to providing a better service. All the associate has to map is the trailer number to my reservation - done and done. This would also alleviate and make more effective use of your staff (maybe in store tablets to ask for reservations?) Thanks - Ray SmithRaymond S.

The truck cab interior smelled really musty and moldy. It really bothered my allergies. It was a cold day, but I kept rolling my window down for fresh air. Disappointed also that the ramp was so short, which made it pretty steep. Uhaul trucks used to have some really nice long ramps making for easy loading. This short steep one was hard to use to roll dollies up it. Staff and checkout and checkin processes were great and otherwise very pleased.Kevin H.

Have not received final invoices for the last 2 times I rented from this location. Charges were in error for the last time of rental, and I had to spend over 1 hour and 20 minutes on phone / hold to correct -- cannot say my experience with U-Haul is pleasant.Doug W.

The truck I was rented yesterday had a big metal plate that was not properly secured back to the floor.. my employee was not notified by your staff about it, and he ended up stepping on the metal plate which caused it to pop open resulting in him twisting his ankle and breaking a piece of furniture. I am VERY upset with this, I think its completely unprofessional to rent out trucks with major problems like this! I will be into this location later to discuss this in personZachary H.
I recommend not having uhauls trucks due back the same time as they are scheduled for pick up. I had a reserved a truck at the same time the customer before was due to have it back and they were late. I was sent to another uhaul location that 20 minutes out of the way.Ashley K.

It was very easy to reserve the cargo van that I need on-line. The process picking up the van and returning it went smoothly. All of the employees at the Marshal Dr. location in Lenexa, KS were awesome!Vivica B.
I did not order a furniture dolly when ordering, yet one was charged to me when I returned the truck. I have requested a refund of $42 and have yet to hear back from UHaul. Ref #3109151 I have attempted to contract local Lenexa, KS branch and have been on hold a total of 50 minutes today, and the line gets cut. I am not happy with UHaul and am expecting swift refund of the money UHaul was sneaky enough to charge me. Deceptive practice that I will gladly share with others.Jeremy P.
I rent alot from uhaul ..my only hangup was with the Service clerk who was ringing our ticket up he was intiating confrontation with a customer myself.. If someone is unaware u explain it to them.. When their is a line at 7am in the morning I understand customers are edgy however its 1 then on to the next.. I almost just left it was that I rented the truck and i was not sure exactly what time I would return I figured as long as it is before 24 hrs we are good.. This clerk was trying to pin point my thoughts as if u said u would return at 2pm ideally we would like to however if somethin arises .I did not want this guy calling askin were is the truck because hes trying to pin point a time.. I retrieved the truck it was a 200 bill for the day which is good for Uhaul however their associates has to remember its the customers who pay bills and provide funds to keep any operations running..
