The pick up location was changed after I made the reservation so it would’ve been fair to compensate leniency in regards to mileage charges. Also the truck we used had prior damage to it already but still ran fine. Only had 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up so we returned it with more than we started with (close to 1/2 tank).

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I made the reservation the girl said she was new....she sure was! I was picking up the truck at 7 am, before the store opened. She told me the keys would be in the red lock box and gave me the code. Turns out the red lock box is for returned keys. So I took out the keys for a different truck that someone else returned. She never told me I had to sign the truck out thru the app. And the app was a nightmare too! Took almost half an hour but finally got the right truck.

Hoyt MFirst trailer bounced and shook terribly just leaving the parking area onto a side road. Returned it for a different trailer. Clerk at the check out counter struggled with my questions and billing. Communication was incomplete. Trailer was used one day but had to pay for three days. Waiting to see if I am reimbursed. Trailer had a sign which said $19.95 a day. Upon receiving my bill, it showed $25.95. No one explained this to me. Upon test driving the first trailer to prove it was bad, attendant was very unsafe as he opened my car door while I was slowly moving to get out and check the trailer. Just terribly experienced.
