Great Experience and extremely helpful with questions. My only suggestion is get the app to work better. I was not able to log in multiple times and thankfully when it came time to pickup, I was able to get it a little early before closing since I was unable to do a mobile pick up.

This was completely contactless drop off, after hours, so I did not see any U-Haul or Silver Moon personnel. I did receive my receipt first thing Monday morning.

ascott kThis was not the location I made the reservation for and we had to drive 25 miles out of our way, uhaul employee was late, gps would not locate for mobile pick up and we ended being two hours behind schedule. There was french fries and doritos in cab.
Toni MAt the counter, the representative did not inform me that I would be charged for fuel if I returned the vehicle without refilling the tank. I assumed (incorrectly) that the mileage charge covered fuel usage, and no one explained that a fuel charge would be added on top of the mileage charge if the truck was not returned full. I recognize that refilling the tank was my responsibility and that returning it without doing so is a choice. However, had the fuel-charge policy been clearly disclosed to me at pickup, I would have filled the tank before returning the vehicle. Because I was not properly informed, I was surprised to see the additional charge.
