No one was there. Didn’t know I had to check out on the app because no one was in the business. I put the keys in the lockbox, but didnt have pictures for the app. Luckily I took a mileage and gas level photo before I left the the gravel parking lot.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman assisting me was excellent! He was thorough explaining everything, very attentive, and helpful! If you need to rent U-Haul equipment, Ashley Wheel and Brakes is the place to go! Highly recommend!!!
Jeffrey SNot necessarily this location's fault but we found out the truck had no break lights. Also, the truck was not clean from debris in the back when we went to pick it up, but the owner remedied this for us immediately. The process of renting from here was easy. The location is not in the best part of town, but we were ok. We ended up renting from here vs the location on New Circle Rd. because they called us two days before we moved to tell us they do not have the truck we rented available. This did not set well with us. Why not get one for us and especially if another location in town had one? We did not find this to be good customer service. It worked out and no issues thankfully.
Thomas LEveryone was friendly and pick up was smooth!
Carmen JSeamless transaction!
