Trailers of this size need a trailer Jack , it was very difficult to lift the trailer to hook to the truck because I was alone. There was no one there to help, also I rented the trailer for 72hours and was charged for four days rental when I was quoted for three day.

Customer service was great. The trailer was in good shape.
William RIt wasn’t bad service. The lady just knew nothing about the Uhaul at all and said that part was closed today. I called the Uhaul number and they took care of everything. The lady took the keys and I left. The guy on the phone helped so much and sent me my receipt and paperwork via email.
