Picking up the truck was a horrible experience. This is a car garage. Upon arrival the office door was locked. I had to walk around to the garage and say "hello" several times to the 2 men working until they acknowledged me, then yelled "go to the office". When I told them the door was locked, one of them rolled his eyes and walked to the office. Once inside, I tried to get the keys (I had checked in on line and paid in advance - was advised I only needed to pick up the keys). The gentleman was Latin and didn't speak much English. He also wasn't sure how to rent the truck. He kept asking me for my card to pay for it again. It took 30 minutes in an office without AC and temps around 100. I hope NO ONE has to deal with this place again.
