They had me write my name and number in a lined notebook. No reservation check. No ID check. No payment. The girl then told me to "go get a trailer". They had about 6 - 6x12's so I picked one, hooked it up and left. They had no record of what trailer I took. It was not until I had to extend the rental that I called U Haul. At that point I had to take pictures of the tow vehicle and hook up as well as of the trailer itself. If I had not called and been honest I could have kept the trailer forever at no charge.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou could actually have people go out and inspect the trucks, like whether the axels, brakes, shocks, and fluids are all okay so they don't break down on you.
Barbara SNo customer service was available. The only person working unfortunately didn’t have a clue as to how to help me because she wasn’t trained.
