Place was weird, I could smell alcohol on the guy that was helping us. The truck smelled like urine and was so loud that my watch kept notifying me. It was too loud and could cause hearing damage.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey overcharged me; the amount was different from what was on the invoice when I booked it, and I had booked it for a Thursday but they gave it to me on a Friday.
Jenry BDid not go in to store. The nice clerk met me outside and helped me to find the mileage.
Brittany LLocated at a smoke shop. Could not find the keys. Took about 1 hour to locate the keys and get the truck. No equipment we had rented was included.
Michael FThe clerk checked me in just fine. After he did the paper work on his phone he said I could go hook up the trailer. I had no problem doing it myself, but isn't the store employee supposed the hook up the trialer to be sure everything is don correctly. Them usually the employee checks the lights. I had reserved furniture blankets also. He said I would have to go to the other store in twon to get them, which I did. I had made the reservaton at the other store but was directed to Smokes N More because the other location didn't have any trailers.
