Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did not have any problems, I used the app to make the truck reservation and it was ready for me the next day when I went in to pick it up. The drop off was just as easy, I dropped off the keys and was E-mailed my final bill to print off. No waiting, no fuss just in and out in a manner of minutes.

Stanley MThe APP didnt let me take the dropoff pictures!!! And the receipt didnt present all the miles and gas adjustments. In my case was for a few hours but for longer trips this action lead to unfair charges and lack of transparency.
