The location was ok. Yes, they messed up and switched the padlocks on the lock box, but it was the whole process of trying to pick up and return the truck that was the problem. The app should be user friendly, but it wasn't. It took me over an hour to get the truck. Uhaul did extend my time, which was great, but overall the online portion was not good.

Scott HThe location and equipment were good. However, the UHAUL app was horrible! It took me 40 minutes to check out the truck do to slow response time on the app. I would NEVER recommend a person rent a vehicle by this method. Also, it's ridiculous to have to list another person that UHAUL can call to verify whatever it was they asked--I believe basically was I really renting a vehicle?!! UHAUL had my credit card information and I had a valid reservation; any other verifications should have been done prior to my pickup time--like when I made the reservation! I should not have had to waste valuable moving time messing around with a ridiculous check out method.
