I was less than satsfied with this rental. WHen I got the truck the gas notification stated 198 miles to empty....when I returned the truck I made sure itwas the same as when I received it. THe gal insisted I didn't put enough gas in the truck and chargedme $14+ for gas. I also wanted to keep the truck for another day and was told I had to bring it back by 10 am, which was impossible because I was at work. I called Springfield and was told I had untill 3 to bring it back she was very pleasant and understanding, but the gal at Kirt's Towing was not very nice about the entire thing. I hope I never have to use Kirt's Towing for a Uhaul again!
