Customer service was very courteous and right on point.
DEVONDRA WAlthough I liked the location I am disappointed at your customer service staff that handles the reservations at the 1-800 GO UHAUL number. I was not given the option to pick up my truck at the location off Citrus and Mc Dowell which would have saved me time and gas. This location is nearest my home and next to the Ewing where I picked up my pavers. The representative should have given me all of my options instead of just the one option off Litchfield Rd and Camelback.

Ashley AThe representative was outstanding at the storage facility. The people on the phone that called me to say my reservation had changed was useless and directed me to a location down the street and not the location i used which was around the corner from my original location. And once back at my storage locker my original location said they still do rentals so I’m not sure why they made me change in the first place.
