Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI answered Yes to equipment clean and well maintained. The truck is well maintained. However, as in other cases of renting these trucks, clean to one person is not clean to another. Cup holders were filthy. The box of the truck was probably not swept out by the previous renter. However, the owner of this location is excellent on all fronts.

Jeff HDIfficult to get in and out of the lot as it was packed full. They stated multiple times they were having trouble getting us checked in. It took 45 minutes to simply pickup a truck. They didn't have the dolly we requested on the initial reservation. We believe they changed our drop off location from where we had selected in Middletown to a location in East Pete.
BRIAN MThe location handle my uhawl experience very well. But uhaul Corp was a huge disappointment. Your business processes are poorly designed. It seems there is little to no training in procedures in place for your customer facing corp employees to help customers when you have technical issues with your dealer website. What should have taken mins to pick up my rental took over an hour. Only though my diligent was I able to pickup my rental. Your normal customer would have not been able to pick up their reservation. Really terrible planning on uhuals part
