Customer service was poor. They tried to send me to a different uhaul destination point that was further than my original one. Uhaul itself was in rough shape on the outside (lots of dents and scrapes) and it was dirty on the outside and inside (muddy all over the ground, crumbs on the seat). I called customer service immediately upon getting into the vehicular and seeing it for the first time, and they said a manager would reach out to me about all of this. Manager never called.
Alexandria EMost horrid experience ever! I will never rent again! And 30.00 money back not enough. Tried for 1.5 hrs to talk to some one to get help and they U-Haul couldn’t do it either. Had to back track to get another truck and were 2 hrs. Behind when we got new truck with people waiting. Never again!!!!!!
Jody HThere was a mattress in the truck when I picked it up. The clerk in the gas station would not give me the keys to the truck after I checked in and paid. He asked me to call UHaul customer service. After being on hold for 45 minutes he changed his mind and gave me the keys.
