My reservations was made to pick up at the 9302 I-30 location in SWLR, I was sent to an Arch St. location to pick up a truck which is at a body shop and not an official Uhaul site, therefore I had to conduct business outside in the heat with a Uhaul representative. Although I was issued a discount for picking up at a different location, the transaction was tedious. The truck would not start. I was given a different truck but the whole ordeal was an inconvenience. Upon checking my receipt there was an extra charge of $15 for safe move that I did not request on my reservations. I attempted several times to communicate with the CR to have the charge removed and was told that it would be but it was not. Therefore, I really didn't receive a discount after all. I've never had a problem with Uhaul until now. You can improve with better customer service and making things more convenient for the customer.
