Hours were not the same as I was told when picking up the rental in Caledonia. Needs to be more clear. Numbers marking the unit at the drop off location or confusing, a large 3 marks it, but it is listed as unit 5. I went to the wrong place first, and the workers were familiar with my problem it having occurred so frequently before.

Don’t park trucks in the weeds
MICHAEL GThe pickup location was different than my preference and this wasn’t sent to me ahead of time. It would have been nice to know where to pick up the truck!
Amylynn LSamuel, the hero of my day, who works at the location I picked up the trailer. He is so valuable to Uhaul because he supported me with the missing light cable I had. He helped me figure out how to fix the issue. He was so gentle, understanding, kind and he was always similing, making funs to even calm my stress down. Thank god I met with him today. Otherwise I would not be able to finalize my first motorcycle purchase. Thank you Samuel! All the best!
Felix YPoor location trailer I rented was located in a gravel lot behind the variety store/apartment building surface was very uneven! I had to sweep the trailer out very dirty!
