Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI will never use or recommend U-Haul again. I will let everyone I know about my experience with U-Haul, and will use social media to spread my story. I was sent 90 km out of my way to pick up a truck that was not available, 12 hours before our move. Customer Service kept putting me back in queue to talk to scheduling, and they never picked up. Ultimately, I had to call different locations to find a truck in that area, that was too small for my needs. Notifying customers 24 hours before a move is horrible service! I’d like a partial refund, however, I know calling in will result in time wasted. Do better U-Haul, for your unsuspecting future customers!!
Sherry JPassenger rear tire not properly bolted on, oil spitting out of axle. Not safe or legal to drive. Massive liability for uhaul if we got into an accident
gregary sQuick and easy. No improvement needed
Andrew CTruck was empty of gas. I put 10$ in and drove 19k total. I got a $30 surcharge for not returning it with at least 1/4 tank of gas? This makes no sense. Truck engine light was on the whole time. I was told to ignore it.
