I can in from out of town to pickup the car hauler, got a hotel come by, then after checking in my pickup location changed, disappointing. Same on my drop off it was also changed but when I called they moved it back to the original location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo one there during normal business hours and no one answered the phone ! Bad business practices.
Jeffrey BBetter protection for the return because no one's there on certain days and I had to leave my rentals in a field
Rose CNothing the gentleman was very nice and helpful
Cynthia RI was expecting to hook the trailer on concrete, not have to back into fenced area with long grass and standing mud/water from rain. Everything turned out fine. Trailer handled well. Had to go buy my own power converter, which again worked out fine. Just not the level of comfort before you tow a trailer 1000 miles into the mountains.
