Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAs my return to this location was after hours, I did not interact with the office staff, so I have no complaints on that front however, the location and small, crowded lot was not especially easy to access for a trailer return. This location should NOT be listed as 24 hour self-service because cell reception is very poor in the lot (others were there at the same time experiencing the same problem) and did not allow for data transfer sufficient to use either the app or the website on-site (we had to connect to a neighboring businesses, guest Wi-Fi in order to complete the return). Furthermore, the u-Haul help chat was beyond unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue. A simple return that should have taken five minutes to complete took 45 minutes.
