This was a huge hassle to do between the app not working, the lack of info when I called, and the disgusting truck. The inside was dirty when we got it and had a Stanley cup in it from someone else. When you call they don’t care. The location is very stretch and looks ugly and unsafe. I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis place was way too hard to find. It's in a little tiny strip kind of place And trying to find a place to park was ridiculous. But the overall staff was very helpful
Joyce VCustomer service was beyond my expectations and very prompt from the beginning of my U-Haul rental pick up to the end. It felt nice dealing with such great employees for once. Thank you
anthony lFor drop off it was okay. Minimal signage so drove past it and had to double back. Small lot in back with one other UHaul truck let me know I'd arrived. But there is no "after-hours" drop off slot and the office in front was unattended. Staff came quickly when I called the cell-number posted at the door and we got straightened out for a good drop off after a slight delay (on a Saturday). This location appears to have a very limited selection of vehicles for outbound rentals. After I left mine, there were two 10 ft. trucks in the little lot. It's the smallest UHaul location I've ever encountered in 45 years. That's why I give a below average rating.
JONATHAN LSelf drop off so no personnel was at the location at the drop off time
