Walter FThe reception wasn’t great and I had a frustrating experience with my app. As I was attempting to submit the photos, my app timed out. When I reopened it, my rental screen was no longer appearing, nor could I access it or view past orders. At that point I had not been told where to put the key. It didn’t say if my photos went through or if the return process was complete. It was already an extremely long day of moving, which made it even more frustrating. I waited on hold in a parking lot in a dodgy area for 10 minutes to be told my return DID go through and the operator had to tell me where to put the key. It was very irritating.
