Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRental process was slow. There was not enough parking for the rental trucks and the customers .
Karen AVehicle had 2 lights illuminated on the dash and was extremely old and uncomfortable to ride in. Location was also not great or organized. Had to go inside gas station to get key to vehicle and the gas station attendants did not have the information for the rental and had to call the owner to confirm.
Chloe DI was originally supposed to pickup my U-Haul in Elyria which was closest to where I live but upon arrival the gas station was on fire and I was sent to Lorain which was another 24 minutes away. I feel I should have been compensated for my mileage as Lorain was not my choice of locations.
Holly HIn order to get an accurate reading, when taking a pic of gas gauge, make sure your camera is in front of gas gauge or directly in front of the gas gauage!
