I will never rent with Uhual again with how you all did me this rental. You changed my location to a location that was UNSAFE and I had called and set the reservation and stated that I wanted to to actually deal with someone and instead you made us check in online for like 15 minutes in an area that made my employee terrified. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHomeless/transient people in parking lot. I felt unsafe dropping off. No help from the staff. Was told to either check it in on the app, or just leave the keys, but they do not come outside. This wasn't even where I originally booked for drop-off. I was called the same day I rented and was told it was being changed. And on top of that, they were further away! Im sooo disappointed in U-Haul!
LASHAWN KThe staff at the Huntington Beach and Inglewood are very kind and helpful. Keep doing it that way !
olga mThe location was okay. It was a little bit odd since it was a market and a weed dispensary in the front. Was not the normal U-Haul site, but the staff was friendly.
