Gerry CI returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas I received, and the receipt stated less. I have never had a location mislabel my gas return before. Not coming back to this location
Victor MEverything went well except I thought it was a bit rude that the young man at the counter inside would not help me out but insisted that I stand outside in 90° temperature. Waiting for the poor guy Justin who was working his behind off getting boxes and checking in vehicles and no one would give him a hand. I thought that was terrible especially when the one guy was sitting there snacking at the computer and not doing anything. I asked him if he was too good to do that and he didn't respond but that was really not cool
DESIREE MHad to wait 30 minutes for the truck to arrive. It didn't get cleaned or anything. Cabin was dusty and had pet hair. Mirrors were pretty damaged, passenger door window was very hard to use, reverse light not working. Worst U-haul truck I've been on as a driver or passenger.
