this location was not my choice. I was reassigned here. my pick up time was also changed from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. We were their promptly at 11:30. Waited until 11:40 and called the establishment. A lady answered and said will send someone to open up. We waited another 10 minutes and a man came out and handed us the key. I requested moving blankets, but gone none. There was a handtruck in the van which I did not ask for. Had to move it out of the way while we loaded the van.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHorrible experience. Reserved a truck for 1:30pm Saturday and the truck was at the location with no key available. When I inquired with the location they said they had no idea what was going on and couldn’t get a hold of the person in charge of delivering the key. Waited over an hour and a half to finally receive the key and the truck didn’t come with the dolly i paid for. I was told the location would be closed that night when I return the truck until Monday and to leave the key in their mailbox but I wouldn’t be charged for extra time only the miles. The truck was used for 7 miles and Monday comes and I have an additional $208 charge on my account on top of what I initially paid for the reservation on Saturday for “extra days”. Would never recommend their services to anyone.
