Have more moving trucks available at all locations has to pick up in another city as desired.

randy cOverall the place that we picked up the rental was awesome. The lady that helped us was fantastic. We did have a problem with picking it up that did not involve the location. The equipment that we were supposed to pick up was supposed to be at another location. We had to drive an extra hour to pick up our equipment. The first location was called the morning we were supposed to pick up our trailer and they did not have the appliance dolly or the blankets that we needed for our trip. They were also very awesome in trying to help find the equipment that we rented and eventually everything was settled. I would have thought that Uhaul would have contacted us to tell us that we were going to have to switch our starting rental location. Instead they waited until I am talking to the person at the first location and he was awesome as well. All in all we got it completed but I would have thought that the rental could have been handled better.
