Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhile the person we worked with was very helpful, the other person in the office was pretty cranky. When it was explained to me that I’m very lucky to be able to return my trailer at this location and that they are not accepting any more trailers for return because they don’t have the space, I mentioned customers will get pretty upset. The girl said I don’t care if they get mad at me that’s what I’m here for insinuating that she would give it right back to them.. although I felt fortunate I could return the trailer. I envisioned having to go to another location to do so which would have been a tremendous inconvenience. She blamed the problem on U-Haul moving trailers around without getting their approval.
Tim Fthis location stepped up and got me what i needed when the original location could not. As far as improving for as a company if you confirm a reservation at a location (not this one) then the equipment should be available as reserved!
