Upon arrival the truck was open with an individual camping out in it. The truck was not clean and their blankets and opened beer was still present for my usage. I went from the parking lot to the street and 4mi worth of gas has disappeared. The brakes were not good and after all of that, they charged my entire account balance off of my card stating after the fact that UHaul holds a deposit for damage- the original reservation was for $48. Everything about this transaction was disgusting and NOTHING about this transaction was as it was- it feels really scammish and I would NEVER recommend them. Poor is a gracious rate, this was vile.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOmar's did not give me the key for a mobile pickup until I called uhaul support line and handed the phone over to the rep so they could tell Omar's that I'm good to go and give the keys. That was annoying. They didn't put the key in the black box so I had no choice but to talk to them inside for the key.

Scott RI got my trailer from this location and it was broken. We didn’t make it to my next location of where I was moving we had to call for help. I paid too much to have had to experience this
SHAWANDA PU haul was filthy the back and the inside of it. Head light was busted out. Had cigarette butts everywhere. No pick up or drop off inspection. Had no gas in my 1st stop had to be the nearest gas station.
