The reservation process was easy. I chose the counter check-in and the store clerk was knowledgeable which made the pick-up and return smooth. I told him that the only thing easier was checking out a library book.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey charged me more than twice as much as they should have. Tire pressure issues. These people should not be renting uhauls at all. Truck was filthy inside and out. Uhaul still hasn't refunded my money
JAMIE WSIte location was somewhat difficult to spot. It was a local food market store and the only real way to recognize it was the fact they had 3 other trucks park in the side lot.
THOMAS CMissy Clark at Self Storage Center in Frankfort, KY took care of me. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend Self Storage Center and UHAUL!
