I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone because 1 they don't honor reservations if you put one in months in advance. I had to drive and waste my own gas to get to this location and they still didn't have the equipment I had requested and U-Haul still wanted me to drive further to get it. So they sent me to the location I originally had reserved for and guess what they had everything I wanted at that location... and that's not the best part they charged me twice for the equipment as well. Again choose something better than U-haul.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI received a bill for an extra 47+ dollars after I had already paid for going over my estimated mileage upon return and showing pictures of the mileage as well as that I returned the rental with more fuel than when I received it. There was no explanation of the extra charge, and I am unaware of why I received the charge. My bill was squared away when I left the facility.

Tara STook me over a hour and asking with customer service to try and get in the truck. After a while just keeper sending me to different people. You say you record calls for training. Let ok a up mine. It’s a joke.
NICKY SThis was one of the worst customer experiences with Uhaul ever. Uhaul should really be more aware of the locations and how they operate. These gas station pickups have never been good. I never get customer service and have always been treated like I was a hindrance to their day.
