Had to go through a couple of different stores a few miles outside of where I lived but outside of that everything was great

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisit was a very easy process. I would certainly use this drop off again.
Larry LThe drop off location was great. When the uhaul was dispatched from the other place it changed my drop off location to downtown Louisville and since it was after 7 I was told there was nothing that could be done by uhaul customer support. That I had to call back in the morning and change the drop off location. I talked to the guy in the store and he said it’s all good leave then keys and I’ll take care of it and he sure did.
Josh WI would have a location that is closer to the destination/moving to location. I feel that you all use a location that is miles away to get more money on mileage.
