Staff do not know the process to handle Truck handover to International license driver. They straight away denied truck handover until they received a call back from U-Haul support.
Achuta RThe only issue i had was the first place i went didn't have a truck for me and had to send me to an independent retailer. The interior of the truck needed cleaned. The check engine light was also on. The place where i got the truck didn't have any of the additional equipment i needed. I got to and from my destination with my belongings though.
DANTE MWe had already indicated on our request to rent the u haul where we wanted to drop it off. We were told to drop it off at a place that was “closer” to where we had indicated we would drop it off. The place was actually 20 minutes further away and then they wanted to charge us for extra mileage!
