Kelsey HHaving to use the U-Haul app was a huge pain!!!! Was not easy to pick up nor to drop off. Will probably not use U-Haul again due to this.
Lisa LI believe the change of location for my pick up and drop off was to benefit uhaul with additional money! We passed probably 5-6 locations with multiple 10ft trucks that were my round trip was going to be within 10 miles instead of approximately 30! We ended up with 80 miles driven on what should have taken probably 50. This has happened on our three most recent trips to include this one! I think when you have give a week to two week notice of where your requested pick up location is at there should be no reason to have to adjust locations. With the additional almost 100-120 additional miles because of the change of location, the additional 35ish miles the time prior and now this one Uhaul has made an additional $200-230 over these trips. I will also complete a Google review over this scam uhaul is doing as well. I'm guessing this is a routine thing that is happening with everyone that does reservations.
