NEAL DTruck ran flawlessly for three days of highway travel. Comfortable and plenty of power. I understand why cruise control is not a feature but it would be really nice. Overall very satisfied, everything went perfectly.
STEVE FEntire experience was horrible. The agent at the location was friendly enough, but everything thing else was awful. Location was changed multiple times, even though I spoke directly with an agent and confirmed, then received a guaranteed reservation. However my reservation was changed at the last minute and I had to drive even further for the requested and guaranteed truck I reserved. Had to use extra miles when should have been 15 miles or less for my use. Ended up with almost 32 miles. When I picked up the truck, it was all wrong. The mileage and fuel the location showed did not match what the actual readings where. Had to wait for agent to update and correct the information. Reservation was for 9 AM, but wasn't able to actually get the truck until almost 11AM. 2 hours lost. Elaine, the manager (in traffic) I spoke with was the worst representation of how a manager should conduct themselves that I have EVER encountered. My goodness, I was so disappointed with my Uhaul experience this time, it has left a distorted impression of Uhaul for me. Past experiences were always good, but now I will be shopping around before using again.
MARLA RThis location is basically a little shack that sits next to their storage facility.
