This location is a self storage facility. Hence, there were NO personnel available to check in with. Fortunately, the U-Haul app took care of all the drop off procedures. Knowing this, it is a great place to drop off equipment, but I would be leery in picking up equipment here because of no one to assist in getting the right equipment and in hooking up correctly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is outside, in the back of a storage lot. We were standing out in the 90+ degree heat for about 30 min getting everything settled and ready to go. But the owner was very nice and helpful.
Judith KThe owner was so easy to work with. She even went out of her way to go pick up our Uhaul so it was more convenient for us to pick it up here in Luray. She met us and helped us with every aspect. It went so smoothly.
Kim CNothing. Agent went over and above to help us
Ruth AMs. Dawn was very helpful. Explained everything in detail with the trailer.
