Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe representative was welcoming, informative and made the process quick and easy to understand. Highly recommend dealing with this location.
Chris R-Truck wasn't in very good shape, muffler, sound of engine, and the tow/hail switch turned on every time we touched the gear changer. I am sure it would not pass if an MTO inspection. - There was no one at the drop off location! I had wanted to settle up my bill there! Instead I had to drop the truck, with no confirmation of milage charged or finding out a balance. Instead, I got a bill be email, my credit card charged without confirmation and a wasted day trying to get a hold of someone at the drop off place. We managed with the truck itself but the drop off was absolute bullshit!!!! I will be thinking hard about whether I rent from you again!!

Richard BSend me a receipt for 613.59 from this location. We were promised more mileage and a free day as we had to travel 6 hrs to just pick it up
