It seemed to shift a bit hard when empty but may be normal.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pick up location was excellent. They were friendly, Fast and professional.
Sam SJay was great to work with.
John CI used an auto transporter, but was towing an ATV, which is lighter than a car. Could not reserve online and had to call. When I arrived, the resrervation was for me towing my own vehicle w my vehicle. Also, because there was not one available at the place I wanted to pick up and drop off, I had to pay a one way charge.
ROBERT KStick with the price you quoted also make trucks easier to get in and out of. I also can't believe I payed 50 dollars over what I was quoted. I also was charged 5 dollars over on mileage when I had to pickup 30 miles away from where I ordered from.
