I was supposed to have blankets for my move to protect my furniture but they weren't included. And they didn't open at 7:00 a.m. as is posted on their door so I had to leave without blankets as I had a crew I was paying there waiting for me to show up with the truck.

Hunter SI came here to drop off the trailer and was told the location would not accept. I had to drive to another location to drop off the trailer. The other location was not made aware. I had to call Uhaul and the location called AFM to get it sorted out. This is unacceptable. I when dropped off the truck everything went smoothly.
