Location was closed and did not have a drop box to leave the key (Sunday night). I Called U-Haul customer service and advised them of this. They stated there was a mailbox to leave the key, but the mailbox was full of mail and didn’t feel comfortable leaving the key. I informed them that to could bring the key back to the location on Monday morning but she said they are closed on Monday so I will have to bring the key back on Tuesday.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no Key Drop-off. I could not find it. I walked the property while staying on Hold with U-Haul. I rang the Customer Service Doorbell, but the location was closed.
Zachary DAt drop off there was no Uhaul signage, no drop box and no one was staffing it when the website says open. We finally found a secondary number after having to take pictures of the truck in the rain and they said to leave the key under the seat. What a joke of a company.

Edward MPerhaps have a drop box for the renter to drop of the keys to the rented U-Haul if the office is not going to be open at the time that the rental is due back. Very frustrating.
